Why does yearly come first?: Paying yearly costs ten months and gives you twelve. You can still pay monthly, and you can switch between the two from your account at any time.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Switching plan changes your current subscription instead of starting a second one. An upgrade charges the prorated difference straight away, and a downgrade leaves a credit for your next bill.
Do you take royalties or charge per player?: No. Every paid plan lets you sell your game and keep all of its revenue. The plan price does not change with how many people play.
How do team seats work?: A seat is one named person who can edit. Viewers and playtesters are always free. Creator is for one person; Studio includes 3 seats and Production 5.
I already bought a licence. What changes for me?: Your licence keeps working with the updates it promised. You only need a plan if you want what a plan adds, such as a managed game server.
Can I use the desktop app on a plan?: Plans work in the browser editor. The desktop Studio app, which also builds player launchers, still needs a licence for now.
Can I cancel?: Yes, any time from Manage billing in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
