Terms of Service
The rules for using our website, accounts, editor, hosting, and community — and the terms your purchases are made under. The product is in early access.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on completed purchases. The product is in early access — evaluate it with the free trial first.
End User License Agreement
What a license lets you do with the software, what it does not include, and your rights to the games you build with it.
Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you exercise your rights.
Service Level Agreement
What uptime we promise on hosted services, how we measure it, and what you get back if we miss it. In force from 1 October 2026.
Before you buy
